Welcome to Head Gardener Services Hampshire
Hello and welcome. Thank you for looking at my website.
I'm Tom, a professional "hands-on" Head Gardener who has recently set up on his own after 20 years of service managing the gardens of some of the most beautiful private country estates in Hampshire.
I am the proud holder of the Royal Horticultural Society's most prestigious qualification, the RHS Master of Horticulture Award.
I am also a Consultant Member of the leading professional horticultural organisation, The Gardeners Guild.
I have much hard earned experience, expertise and knowledge and am now in a position to offer this to new clients.

Services
Please see below for a brief overview of the services that I offer.
Garden Maintenance
Attention to detail is key in making a garden look beautiful.
Garden tidy-ups, lawn care, hedges / topiary, vegetable and fruit production, specialist pruning, pest, disease and weed control are among many garden operations that I could potentially help you with.
One off or regular visits available.
Garden Development
A garden is never "finished" - it is constantly evolving. Moving your garden "forwards" could take many forms.
Would you like a new wildflower area for example, or perhaps some new beds or borders, or an area to grow vegetables, fruit and cut flowers?
The possibilities are endless.
Garden Design
From advice on choosing suitable plants to add to an existing bed or border, to a complete assessment and re-design of your entire garden, I have the expertise to help you.
I can also produce to scale, high quality planting plans or aerial plans of your garden and grounds if needed.
Garden Consultancy
I am a Consultant Member of the leading professional horticultural organisation, The Gardeners Guild.
For bigger gardens and estates, I can provide various services, including:
Consultation, research and site assessments alongside specialist advice e.g. pest and disease or other issues.
Maintenance schedules and long term management plans along with plant sourcing and supply, staff recruitment, training and also assistance with garden open days or event preparation. I am also an experienced speaker (a range of horticultural subjects) and can produce high quality garden / estate mapping to scale.
